As mentioned at training last Wednesday, the Denmead 10k is rapidly approaching (only SIX weeks away), so this is where I put out a call for volunteers to help marshal on the day.  I’ll need approximately 20 marshals to help out. Obviously if I get more, then I can pack out the marshal points and you can all have a merry old party.

If you can be available from 08:30 on Sunday 13th October & don’t mind giving up a few hours then please reply to this email or contact me directly (pm.welch@outlook.com) and I’ll start getting a list together.
