Good luck to all the Striders taking part in the Hayling Billy 5 tonight..

If you are not taking part in the race. The training session this Wednesday will be at the Horndean Technology College Grass Track. There will be no training at Denmead this week.

The session will start at the usual time of 19:00 next to the grass track.

The college address can be found in the attached photo with the track area highlighted. Parking is available at the college.

The weather looks to be wet, with the possibility of it drying out late in the afternoon/early evening. If you have trail shoes it will be worth bringing these along to provide some grip on the grass. If you are wearing road shoes then a little caution should be taken as you run on the wet grass.
